  1. Thanks!! It was amazing! But I would like to know how you exported them. Am having trouble with exporting my icons.

  2. Excellent video (and I love the graphics too). I found the bit about the speaker icon the most helpful. I've always wondered how people got their icons so neatly formatted like that. Well done!

  3. Do you want me to invite you to dribbble? I would have liked to see the polishing up part im stuck on the speaker! also i cant expand all of my incons its grayed out.

  4. i did not understand how you used direct selection tool for cutting a circle into two halves for microphone logo…

  5. Thx sir Dansky its really very help full to me coz i m learning Ai. but i can do i in 10 mins only in CORELDRAW this software is to much complicated

  6. What is the icon size of each icon? sorry if i may have missed this but i want to be sure because i want to adjust it to be a little smaller then the original icon size you have there. sorry to ask

  7. Hello dansky
I create icons using adobe illustrator and I export into Adobe Photoshop file. but when I open the file in photoshop I can not change the color of the icon, can you solve this, can you solve this?
    thanks

  8. First thing that came up in my mind is LOGO. I don't know where to start at Illustrator because I don't know how to do.
then glad I found this video! very helpful Sir 🙂

  9. Hi there,

Thank you very much for creating and posting this tutorial. It was really helpful to watch, especially the part about Object > Expand. @Dansky, would it be possible for you to show how to design a slightly more difficult line icon in Illustrator, for example a truck (for the logistics company)? Thanks!

  10. I want to watch the polished part of icons in this video. But it dosen't present in details in this tutorial. Do you have a much detailed version? Thank you.

  11. Great video. Would've been nice if you talked through the polish phase, too. In particular, on the mute icon, how did you make the end points of the speaker portion smoothly merge with the end points of the base of the speaker?

  12. Very good tutorial, thanks for sharing.

Do you happen to use Adobe Fireworks? I've experimented with Adobe Illustrator to make icons, but they come out quite blurry, and I found it hard to do pixel-precise work on it.

How can you preserve that icon crispiness when you make very small icons in the 32×32, 16×16 px scale? Any tips to make those sharp small icons? I'm new to making graphics, so tutorial on that would be greatly appreciated, thanks again.
